Last updated at protein whey for muscle growth

New research was conducted by scientists at McMaster University in the Canada and at the University of Nottingham in England health showed that when whey protein is consumed 24 hours after exercise, the formation of the weight is increased muscle growth.

Often, the athletes and bodybuilders consume whey protein in the days that they perform lifting and also immediately after the exercise, these recommendations have been to consume whey within 30 minutes of exercise.

The new research examined three methods of altitude: reduce low weight to fail, heavyweight to failure and low weight with startups 15 grams of whey protein, then, was it consumed 24 hours after weight training exercise.

For each type of muscle raise a larger construction after eating the serum.

Amino acids used, more effective 24 hours after lifting

The investigation showed that the body can use amino acids more effectively 24 hours after the exercise. It is not clear at this time why this is the case, however, it is recommended to take your milkshakes from serum in your days of rest too.

This is good news for those who forget to take a whey protein shake, once they have completed their period of sessions of weight training. If they are training for 3 days and a week later a daily supplement of serum seems to be better than when taken just after exercise.
