Hugh Jackman diet and exercise Routine: Sexy body snatching


Australian hunk  may have gained immense popularity to play iconic superhero Wolverine in the X - Men films but also proved his worth acting with superb performances in films such as Kate & Leopold, Van Helsing the Prestige and the film   Australia. 6 3 Feet in height, chocolate brown-eyed actor is not only A-list of  Hollywood and sought of great men, because of his chiseled physique, he has gained his healthy diet and exercise routine, it  acquired for him the reputation he so rightly deserves.

"I get up at 4: 00 pm and eat egg whites, then every hour after that." I have a combination of proteins or steamed vegetables and brown rice. Then afternoon, no rice or carbohydrates. "It is fair to eat vegetables and meat or fish, he shares.

Hugh Jackman diet consists of eating 6 meals a day that contains lots of vegetables and  more lean protein. His diet was really made to help him build his muscles and in bulk to prepare for his roles mainly in Wolverine.

He had to eat lots of protein drinks and eat lots of oats, seeds and fresh fruits and berries in the day.

An example of a plan of the diet of Hugh Jackman on a typical day consists of the following meals:

Breakfast: whey protein shakes Mid morning snacks: another meal of proteins with stir fried meat usually Turkey with lots of vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and Cabbage.

Lunch: Most of the meal with rice and  more green meal. Mid afternoon snacks: nuts and seeds with some dried fruits Dinner: another meal with lean meats such as chicken and vegetables. Before bedtime: protein Smoothie

For the routine exercise of Hugh Jackman, he had to make bodybuilding more advanced with strength training exercises. Similarly, he did supersets which means perform a set of specific exercise and then move to another set of different exercise later. But before he begins, he warms mild cardio by doing exercises.

Chest exercises

Tricep exercises
-Cable dips - press-downs.

Cable Crossovers - an additional exercise in breast of beef until the pecs - hit from all angles

Dumbbell lunges - some say they are not required if you mat correctly, some love lunges.
