"Stay happy and everything in moderation, go to the gym 3 times a week and just stay on top is key..."There had to be a better way of life," Kara sharing.
Kara DioGuardi diet is to eat everything but in moderate amounts. She argues that consistency is vital when its good diet and keep her lean and healthy.
Unlike other women, Kara DioGuardi diet is to eat sweets in moderation. In fact, she says that she cannot live without sweets in your diet so she has to include them, but in moderation of course. It ensures that also that she consumes a lot of water per day.
"Going on the diet is not really my thing." I am a - an Italian who eats like a pariah, but I do it with moderation. I am on a special dish of vegetables and sausages with garlic oil. If I want to get crazy, then I do rice - lasagna too," Kara sharing.
For the routine exercise of Kara DioGuardi, she hits the gym three to four times a week in which she runs two miles on the treadmill or in fact 25 minutes of cardio exercises.
"Boxing, treadmill, step-ups, lunges, sprints… or walking. I mix my fitness training exercise", says Kara.
Cardio exercises are really important and included almost on any world routine because it consumes a lot of calories for weight loss and muscle building as well.
In addition, Kara DioGuardi exercise routine includes weight training that she claims is important, as a person ages.
She claims, "strength is important as you get older." You build muscle, burning fat when you are resting.
