Kim Alexis diet and exercise Routine: healthy in every sense

She can now be 50 - year, but actress and supermodel Kim Alexisis can give women more younger a run for their money. Her framework 5 feet 11 has been honored  in  about 500 international journals, allowed television and occasionally decorated cinema screens. Here, Kim dishes on his secrets to keep his slender body and young beauty.

"I will never be a thin person of skinny, reed." Once I accepted that, I learned that I would rather eat more because he was healthy and filled with natural fibres to small calories filled with meals. It focuses not on what I have but to focus on what I have. "I'm trying to make a vegetable juice every morning, she said."

Plan of regime of Kim Alexis is to consume more healthful foods, instead of eating small meals that contain many calories.

She even learned that there are specific foods or meals in her  diet plan which makes its water to keep her body so it avoids consuming eggs, pineapple more rice.

Plan of regime of Kim Alexis on a typical day consists of the following meals:

Breakfast: small, cold coffee with milk and raw honey. Then, she  consumes a yogurt and fruit after a short term outdoors.Lunch: Salad and steamed chicken Dinner: Chile Turkey or fish with vegetables

Kim also shares her  thoughts about what she eats during the days, "if I cheat, I do so the healthiest way possible." Example: I love the chocolate-chip cookies. Use flour organic set of sort, coconut oil, applesauce instead of egg for me, the organic chocolate chips or carob, raw nuts…get drift?

Routine exercise Kim Alexis, she runs 5 times a week instead of swimming that she used to do as a form of cardio exercise.

"First of all, you need to find a fitness exercise program you look forward to do so." After years of swimming, I found that it was much easier to perform than to find a pool as an exercise of cardio. Swimming was too much work! I have learned to get out of the House and start just jogging exercise. I learned that my mind is clear and I felt better after a race. "I maintain that I love the feeling of muscles strong, healthy, ready for everything", she claims.

In addition, Kim Alexis exercise routine includes light weights to help tone muscles without having too much its fill. She loves also to mix or change her  routine of exercise for her to develop weapons, abdominal and sometimes dance in her training. Kim also likes to make plyometrics specifically to nourish her butt.

Kim also shares, "executing (or doing fitness exercises) blows out." "Find what motivates you to go out of the House to make your exercise products… fitness walk and talk with a friend, a dog walk, a fitness course physical  exercise to take, a race to train for, a partner of fitness exercise or a fitness trainer".
