Jennifer Hawkins' diet and exercise Routine: a dummy boards

Beautiful, sexy, hot - are some of the words that describe Top Model, former Miss Universe and one of the most beautiful women Jennifer Hawkins in the world. Not only is this 5 foot 11, in the eyes of doe, a native Australian great beauty, her sizzling hot body is another source of admiration of millions of people around the world. Here, the 27-year-old stunner has valiantly shared the routine diet and exercise, which she attributes to her to-die-for BOD.

When asked about a healthy way to decrease her  size rapidly, Jennifer answers, "quickly, as in a few weeks?" Cut out all starch products just and ramp up to the year - it really works. I try to avoid any processed foods and white foods in my normal diet, but cut out completely when I am ready for a swimsuit shoot. The prohibition of white  food step is a strict rule because life gets pretty boring when you have too many rules, but it is great to keep in mind.

Diet food Jennifer Hawkins' is to avoid eating all processed foods and food white as well. Similarly, she drinks lots of water to keep hydrated, especially when she  is seeking to lose weight for an important event or an opportunity in a wedding or wearing a bikini. Jennifer also shares that she avoids the milky cappuccino drink and beverages.

Jennifer Hawkins diet plan' on a typical day includes following meals:

Breakfast: two slices of rye bread more banana Snack: Banana Lunch: tuna salad. Handful of cashews.

"I like fruit and yogurt," she shares. ' Food should be exciting. When you are on a weight loss diet plan which deprives you of the things you love, it makes you crave things

Dinner: Chicken breast grilled and vegetables grilled Arctic char. Low fat yogurt.

For the routine exercise of Jennifer Hawkins, she does lot of cardio exercises with her favorite sport.

"I love exercise." This is my favorite part of the day," she claims.

But in her weekly routine, she tries to give some time to rest as all three days or while she considers is important. The exercise routine of Jennifer Hawkins is made up  of 4 to 5 times a week which she begins having a 20-minute walk followed by yoga and Pilates exercises.

"Everyone gets a glow when they do not - it's almost a click doing these things, but I know where I exercise I feel better, I feel more confident,"Jennifer shares.
